The organiser reserves the right to modify the programme or cancel it due to occurrences beyond their control (e.g. pandemic restrictions). In the event of cancellation, registration fees will be fully refunded. Other costs incurred by the registrant (e.g. airline, hotel costs) remain the responsibility of the registrant.
